The hardback book « L’île aux fleurs » has just been published.
Laurent is working on a new project - one which he has been judiciously mulling over for a while.

In the October of 2012 and 2013, the first of Laurent’s books are republished as the original publishing house has closed down.
Publishers « Bilboquet » leaps at the opportunity.
In February 2014 the Swiss public broadcasting organisation, Radio Télévision Suisse
offers Laurent the chance to travel to the other side of Europe to Tangiers to take part in its programme “Pass me the Binoculars” (Passe-moi les jumelles).
At that time, Laurent and Dominique Studer, a Swiss fellow graphic designer, were working on a joint project - a book to include a selection of stories written by local children. RTS offered them the chance to take this project and their “tools of the trade” to Tarifa in Spain.

A specific layout to fit the narration of this story is agreed on with the daily newspaper “Libération” incorporating its logo. The book - Lettre à ma douce - appears in spring 2014.
In the autumn of 2014 Laurent decides to leave for Essaouira in Morocco to draw boats. The subject of his next book ? The sea and fish !
